Join our team for Seattle Works Day on May 22!

The Seattle Georgia Tech Alumni Association has been asked to help out with the 2010 Seattle Works Day, on May 22! This is a very fun event that gets lots of folks doing various volunteer projects around Seattle. We have signed up for a team of 12 alumni to come out to Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill for a day of yard work and other odd jobs. What better way to give back to the City, put our best foot forward for Georgia Tech, and meet some fun new folks in the process!!

This is going to be a very fun event, and we are going to be joined by other Alumni groups in the area. After working outside from 12-3 at Volunteer Park, there will be a party for all the Volunteers. The $30 fee to sign-up includes a tee shirt, the after party, all the organizing for the event, and the great exposure for Georgia Tech, and we also have some Team Buzz T-shirts as well.

Below is the link where you can sign up for the event. It's important that you sign up by this coming Friday, May 14! We anticipate the 12 spots filling up very fast, so don't drag your feet if you are interested in joining us.
